ABOUT ISLAND ART GALLERY
Island Art Gallery & Angela Headley Fine Art is located in historic downtown Hanapepe, Kauai.
We represent a diverse group of artists ranging from plein air paintings and traditional Hawaiian crafts to contemporary abstracts and jewelry. We were listed as the #1 Art Gallery in Kauai, by Hawaii Magazine for 2017, 2018, and 2020.
HISTORY
Over fifteen years ago, Angela and her husband Kim bought and restored a 1920’s laundry and transformed it into a fine art gallery to showcase Angela’s original oil paintings. Located in the heart of Old Hanapepe Town, they helped to pioneer this historic town as the Kauai art destination.
While Angela continues to explore Kauai in search of stunning Plein air sites, Kim (when not out surfing or golfing) keeps the gallery on task, and his eyes open for the freshest Hawaiian art and gifts to exhibit in their Angela Headley Fine Art and Island Art Gallery.
